FACILITY MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides strong leadership to managing people and situations, capacity to leading to winning with stakeholders in turbulent times. Strong in the development and improvement of processes, systems, and strategies that attract future wins for the organization.
  • Ensure the Estate’s ambiance and aesthetic appeal at inception is maintained as much as possible and make appropriate recommendations in this regard to management as may be required from time to time.
  • Ensure that required service provision levels in the critical areas detailed below are always maintained and that all service contractors provide quality services to the satisfaction of estate residents.
  • Provision of clean potable water in sufficient quantities daily by ensuring the water treatment plant is in good working order and that Water treatment personnel adheres to his schedule of duties.
  • Ensuring alternative power sources are always in good working condition through adherence to the planned generator maintenance schedule as well as prompt attendance to unplanned maintenance events.
  • Ensuring ALL paved areas of the estate are always in a clean and presentable condition and ensuring cleaning personnel is fully alive to their responsibilities.
  • Ensuring landscaped areas are regularly and properly tended by the gardeners in accordance with the gardening schedule.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of Residents’ complaints and rectification of faults in their units and follow up all work orders to completion.
  • Ensure that the Security of the Estate is maintained at all times and that the full complement of security personnel are on the ground at all times and properly logged in. He/She will also ensure perimeter security barriers, as well as security lighting, remain in good working condition and that all PPM schedules in this regard are strictly adhered to.
  • Preparations of service charge budget for the facilities being managed and monitor implementation throughout the service year to ensure all expenses remain within budget.
  • Keep regular tabs on residents' service charge payments and ensure that the Finances of the estate he/she manages are always in credit balance through ensuring Residents' account balances are always in credit as much as is practicable. He will consistently furnish residents with accurate and timely statements of accounts and request payments from them in an appropriate manner once their balances are low.
  • In the area of health and safety, the Facility Manager will oversee Health & Safety monitoring in the estates covered and carry out works assessments for all staffers attached to each premise prior to execution of any maintenance or remedial works.
  • Prepare Monthly reports of the activities in the estate he manages.

Qualification Requirements

Must possess a minimum of five (5) years cognate experience in standard real estate firms based on Lagos Island - residential FM operations and must have acted in various leadership capacities of FM or similar role.

Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Facility Management, Estate Management, and Building Technology. IFMA and other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FEMALE) – SALES & MARKETING

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a strategic vision to join our growing organization. In this position, you will work to develop sales & marketing strategies and campaigns to increase company revenue, grow products and services awareness and drive sales. You will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. You must have extensive knowledge in marketing, sales, and promotion, coupled with a creative mindset and strong leadership skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage marketing plan for Company products and services.
  • Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
  • Identify potential markets, customers and test them extensively with conversion of leads.
  • Communicate with target audiences, build and develop customer relationships.
  • Support the reporting line in delivering agreed activities.
  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
  • Produce marketing creative content, including videos and blog posts.
  • Run social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement,
  • Connect with potential clients on products and services; generate leads and conversion of leads.
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients; (Sales force, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Run campaigns across multiple social media platforms, develop copy and content for marketing material.
  • Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration.
  • Establish beneficial pricing strategies, foster and manage positive customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years cognate experience
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers, persuasive and goal oriented.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Strong Digital Marketing and Business Development skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Marketing/Sales force experience.

Qualifications
A career in marketing is open to all graduates, but a degree or HND in the following subjects may be particularly useful: Business or Management, Communication, Marketing, IT or Computer Science, and Psychology.
